The ECNP2025 is a hybrid event. All scientific sessions will be live-streamed on the platform and made available as on-demand content.

Please read the information below carefully before proceeding to our online registration form

In-person attendance:

• Admission to live Congress Scientific Sessions
• Access to Welcome Reception
• Access to the virtual Congress Platform
• Access to Poster board area
• Access to the Eposter Platform
• Access to the Exhibition Hall
• Eligibility to claim EACCME Credits for participating in the live Scientific Sessions
• Free public (bus) transportation pass. 
• Plus all benefits of the virtual registration: access to live-stream and on demand viewing
• Optional: Congress dinner (separate fee)

Virtual attendance:

• Access to the virtual Congress Platform with live-streamed scientific sessions
• Access to all on-demand content until 3 months after the congress
• Access to the ePoster platform
• Access to the exhibiting company profiles
• Eligibility to claim EACCME Credits for participating in the live-streamed Scientific Session

Those who register virtually are also most welcome to submit an abstract. Virtual presenters can only present their work on the congress ePoster platform. There will be no separate sessions for virtual poster presentations.

*Only members of National or Regional Societies of Neuropathology affiliated with Euro-CNS (https://www.euro-cns.org) are entitled to register as a Euro-CNS member. 
**For residents/PhD students under 40. Your resident/PhD status must be confirmed by a formal letter (in English) from your Institute or Department and uploaded during the online registration. Please bring your student ID card for check-in at the congress.

Please note that VAT is not added on Euro-CNS congress payments, and therefore is not deductible.
