1. Your Badge (for in-person attendants)
Please pick up your delegate badge upon arrival. You do not have to show proof of registration, as we can see your registration and payment in our system. The Reception/registration desk will be open on Wednesday from 13:00-17:00 hours, on Thursday and Friday from 08:00-17:00 hrs, and Saturday from 08:00-12.00 hrs.

2. Congress Dinner at the Bonnefanten Museum (if you have a booking)
If you have booked a seat, or if you have a complimentary invitation from the organization, you are welcome at the Bonnefanten Museum as of 18.30 hrs. Just mention your name and we will check it on our list.
Museum open (with guides) and Reception: 18:30-20:00 hrs.
Start of Dinner: 20:00 hrs
Expected end of Dinner: 22:30 hrs.

3. Access to the live stream and recorded sessions (in-person and virtual participants)
All participants have access to the live stream and the recorded sessions.

STEP 1: CHECK IN
Scan the QR code  (image to the right), or go to check-in page: https://fsmevents.uk/ecnp/2025/home 

· For the live stream, select: ‘Watch Live’
· To watch the recorded sessions, select: ‘On-demand’

STEP 2: LOG IN
-Log in:
Your email address as you are registered with (will be validated). If you are aware that we changed your contact email address (e.g. because our mails did not arrive), then use the latter. If you don’t remember which one, try both.
Password: Maastricht2025 (case sensitive!)

STEP 3: SELECT A SESSION
You will now see your ‘dashboard’ and can select the session of your choice via the agenda. Select and go!

Notes: During the live sessions you can send in your questions for the speaker via the Slido chat box that you will see on your screen. You can also participate in polls and quizzes during the live stream.

The recordings of the sessions are generally available within 48 hours after the session.
All sessions will be recorded by the First Sight Media team. Access to the session recordings (‘on demand’) is available until 15 September 2025.

4. How to ask Questions for the Q&A after the talks (in-person and live stream attendants)
On-site attendants can raise their hand after a talk to ask a question, but they can also send in questions during the lectures via the Slido Chat on their phone. The QR code Slido will be available in several places in the venue.
Virtual attendants of the live stream will see the Slido chat box on their screen and are welcome to send questions via the chat. The session chairs will see and handle these questions. The same counts for any polls and quizzes that may be presented during a session.

5. Certificate of Attendance of the ECNP2025
In-person attendants: Certificates will be available as of Thursday 12 June. Please report to the Reception/Registration desk.
Virtual attendants: We will e-mail the certificate to the virtual speakers within two weeks after the congress.
